jdollarThe only problem is A380 service is limited to a few select airports and routes, most of which are not US destinations. Too bad they don’t fly out of DFW, MIA, ORD, etc.
Frankly, anyone travelling long distance is better off flying Business or First, if he can afford it.
One gets enough hassle at airports, no need to get that on the plane too.
May have to try this on our upcoming flight to DAR in August. They show it from SFO, which is where we fly from.
It looks nice but not worth 3 times economy fare!

Michael RobinsonIf I were flying a shorter route, I’d try it. The set up looks quite comfortable.
But for a 12 hour flight, I’ll stick with Business with the VIP treatment and the fully reclining seats.
In total contrast to Star Alliance member airlines in Europe.
Their Business Class within Europe is exactly the same seating as economy, but the middle seat is left empty!
I wonder who was the genius who cam up with that idea.
In fact, I have made it a point to never, ever, fly Star alliance members if I can help it.
Lufthansa was a great airline in the past, flew them all the time.
Once they joined Star, the bottom fell out!
