Apparently this was done to reduce stress on cabin crew.

They do not want them to suffer as on other, foreign, airlines!

If United is America's best, I would hate to see our worst airline.

30+ years experience tells me that perfection hit at .264. Others are adequate but anything before or after is wishful thinking.
