i just returned today from 16 days in Namibia. while perusing the Etihad Airways in flight magazine, i noticed that they are starting a new service from Heathrow to Abu Dhabi( with onward connection to Joburg) in Dec with new Airbus 380 super jumbos. if you simply must have the best, they will offer a 3 room suite( bedroom with double bed, lounge/living room, and bathroom with shower)with a private butler and chef. it is called the Residence. they will offer 8 more super first class "seats" called First Apartments. and over the next year their new Airbus 380 fleet( 5 planes) will be reviving the old serviced lounge/bar located between the business and first class cabins. also the service is being rolled out to several US cities over the next 2 years. soooo, if money is no object, here is your chance to prove it
