Emirates and gun case contents
Fellas:
I heard some airlines limit the contents of a gun case to only the gun--no clothes or other items.
Is this true for Emirates?
I, like many of you, will pack numerous other items such as clothes and gifts with my rifle.
Free to do so on Emirates?
Thanks for your information.
Cal

No ammunition in the gun case, but clothes, books, etc. are fine.

TSA will allow ammo in the gun case, but Emirates will not. Ammo needs to be in a separate bag, in its own locked container.

We flew Emirates last September with guns. Our case had clothes, knives, bogpod and anything else we could shove in there. No ammo, of course.

Flew Emirates 2016 & 2017. No problem. I stuffed my Tuffpak full of boots, knife and jackets.) Just make sure your rifle (conveniently in your soft case packed for easy access for TSA.
You won't have a problem with Emirates. Have a great time!!!
