I am looking at a hunt in Moz for 2009. Has anyone used Air Portugal from Newark-Lisbon-Maputo. Their web page indicates firearms are ok to travel with and ammo. Prices are competitive and of course the ability to bypass Jo-burg!

Can't speak for the MOZ leg and guns, but I flew TAP out of Lisbon to JFK several years ago and had a very good flight.

Frankfurt - Lisbon and back several times, always a good experience.

I just hope that this SOB isn't flying you on that day!

The only reason that this wasn't massive fireball was because these STUPID SOBs got lucky. HE had no IDEA how close his wing tip was to the ground!
