kindly help regarding hunting rifles,what r the procedure of carrying hunting rifles from usa to africa for a safari,in 2005 my friend mailed his rifle from one state to other,but ATF intercepted and confiscated 2 hunting rifles and send letter stating that u have violated the homeland security law,now he wants to go from utah to montana for elk,and then to africa.kindly help in this regard.thankx
