Last year I had booked an SAA flight to Victoria Falls for my girlfriend with SAA. Of course, then SAA ceased operations. I had filed a refund request with Chase Travel. They forwarded the request to SAA and I'd get occasional updates saying it was still in progress.
About a month ago they said they finally heard from SAA. Today I got an email from Chase saying my points and the cash I used to top off the ticket cost has been refunded back to my Chase credit card.

RidgemanBuggers still owe me from nov 2019. Every now and then I get a mail out saying my case is still in process . Pigs fly more reliably than SAA.
