Good quality TSA lock

Does anyone make a decent quality TSA lock that could be used to lock a checked duffel bag? All the ones I see in stores or on the web are flimsy little things. I'm looking for a more substantial lock.

Go to Wal Mart and get the one with the stainless cable. I've used it a lot and it is tough.

That's the one's we used last fall, they only got one cut in half out of 5 or 6 locks. Whoever cut the cable was nice enough to put it in the luggage after they destroyed the lock.
