Peter Noreen M-70 type action
Been a long time since I've seen or used these...I have a couple here I THINK are Noreen's..two different lengths

Very nicely detailed What really stands out visually is the skeletonized trigger lever The action is double square bridged, machined for Talley rings.

Does the description ring any bells?

Didn't that guy Greg Hein who was here about 12 years ago have some or was using his a toons or something. He turned out to be a character if memory serves.

Don't recall...The serial numbers are prefaced by JB if that is of any help.

Of an interest...the skeletonized trigger lever actually "flexes"" a little with maybe 10 lbs pressure....looks jive, but maybe not such a good idea

I saw these actions some years ago at the ACGG meeting and show in Reno. They are very nicely made. I do not know when they stopped being made?

Peter Noreen is alive and working in Belgrade, Montana. Maybe you might contact and ask him? (No, I/m not the phone book.)
