Bob Hooper stock maker?

A local shop has a super nice custom Sedgley 1917 Enfield in 375 H&H. There is. Barrel inscription that reads “Custom Stocked for Craig Fox Huber”. Underneath the grip cap it reads “Hooper Sept 1973” in red ink.

Googled “Hooper custom stock”, and ran across a couple of customer sporting rifles in auctions stocked by a Bob Hooper. Anyone know anything about Bob Hooper and/or Craig Fox Huber? Just curious, mostly. Thanks

There was (is?) an author by the name of Craig Fox Huber that wrote some books in the 90's. The subject matter was usually self defense stuff, situational awareness, ,,things like that.

Don't know if it's the same.

The stockmakers name doesn't ring a bell with me at all.
