Scope rings for 18mm dovetail

I came across some nicely made and attractive steel rings that appear to fit an 18mm dovetail, 16mm on the narrow part of the dovetail. Can anybody tell me what these are for?

Never heard of an 18 mm dovetail on a rifle, most are 16 mm or 14 mm but since yours seem to be tapered I think they would be for a SAKO..CAll TAlley and discuss it with them.

CZs and Montana PHs have 19mm dovetails. Could be for those?
