AHR & Roger Ferrell CZ 550 in .416 Rigby

PSmithAHR & Roger Ferrell CZ 550 in .416 Rigby
Gents:
Just received this rifle from Wayne Jacobson at AHR. The barreled action was previously blueprinted and polished by Roger Ferrell and he also installed a nice bolt handle, Lapour safety, and Wisner floorplate. Roger polished off all the crappy CZ engraving on the action also. I got the barreled action here on AR (thanks Brett!) in the white.
Then I sent the rifle to Wayne at AHR for his Number 3 upgrade, which includes all manner of options for the CZs (including an additional recoil lug, NECG sights, GunKote, and glass and pillar bedding into the XXX English walnut). The wood to metal fit is outstanding.
The rifle holds four .416 Rigbys down and feeds so smoothly it is just amazing. Wayne does a great job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.
That's a Trijicon 1-4 in Talley rings. I haven't shot it yet but will post a target when I do.
This will be my buffalo and elephant rifle for 2015 to back up the new double (more about that one later).

Beretta682EThis is so wrong to post pictures of Wayne's work.
I have many of his rifles (CZs and a Ruger) that after I bang them up enough are going back for a stock upgrade.
These pictures will force me to get them upgraded sooner.
Great work Wayne and beautiful rifles.
Thanks for the pictures.

bwanamrmNice rifle... bet you can't wait to take that puppy for a walk! Good luck.

clayman216Very nice rifle. Wayne does great work. I have one of his DGR rifles in 458 Lott. Love it, smooth & well balanced , points well and is
very well done in all respects. Hope you enjoy your rifle as I do mine.

PSmithThanks, it is a nice CZ and in a small bore cartridge too, so I can hopefully handle it, ha ha.
My goal is to shoot just 1/3rd of the bushpigs you recently did, along with...hmm...let's see, 1/15th of the elephants you have! I've lost track of them.
