Is anyone familiar with a gunsmith/custom gun builder by the name of E. Powell? I have a 338 built on a 1909 Argentine Mauser with his name, and the piece is dated 1993.

i had a gun marked w.powell in 243 small ring mauser and looked as it came right out of england yet no brit proofs ,,post a pic ....paul
