few months ago, maybe more, i saw on tv a show featuring a guy here in texas that builds hunting rifles by hand one at a time in his old shop. if i remember right his son was out of college and decided to help in the family business. this was not a CNC operation but a big shed cabin style shop in the texas woods somewhere. what they featured most was his rifling the bbls by hand. appreciate anyone letting me know if they know who i am talking about.
