a.tinkererPanda Bolt
I'm offered a left bolt right eject Panda action.
No bolt.
Besides paying for a new bolt - does anyone here have suggestions on where to look for a used replacement bolt?
I have tried Shooter's Corner. No lefty bolt there.

FjoldHow the heck does someone lose the bolt to something like that? I'd probably contact Kelby since they make them.
https://www.kelbly.com/actions-aluminum-panda.htmlI was just looking last night at custom actions but I can't decide what I want. I don't need anything but am thinking about building a dedicated F class rifle.

Oooo, oooo, I know this one, pick me, pick me!
This is really common for beginners' guns, .22 bolt actions, and in situations where the law (government or wife) is anal about secure storage. People take out the bolt and store it away from the rifle. (Not everyone thinks a trigger lock is enough.) Owner dies, skips the country, or gets evicted/repossessed, whatever, and the bolt is lost forever in the attic/basement/garage. I tried to get a bolt for a 40's Mossberg and a quick gurgle search turned up a rash of ads for the same thing. And the explanation. People are a funny bunch.

RedstoneNo kidding that peoples gun storage habits can be bizarre.....
Same thing here in Colorado; there is a Suhl made Mauser 11.2x72 on the market but missing the bolt. All of a sudden the thing goes from collector status to parts gun.

Kiwishooter2I had this same problem a few years ago only one was a Panda the other was a Teddy.
I eventually bit the bullet and bought 2 new bolts...….only they both became left bolt right port left eject and I machined micro eject ports in the actions.
Both worked great

cgbachDo you ever wonder where all the bolts and magazines go? Maybe there is an elephant burial ground for gun parts. Perhaps located next to King Solomon's mine in the darkest corner of Africa. I think I have a worm hole in my den that connects to this place. It is where all those little springs and plungers go when released. If we could only find this place!
