i am looking for a stock maker to work with me on getting some exhibition grade wood on my #1. i have gone through all the old posts and found plenty of places to buy the wood but no one to work with it. and i personaly want someone to walk me through the process and help me pick the piece of wood as i plan on spending a little bit of money. thank you in advance.

Adam Freeman at Luxus Walnut had some great Ruger # 1 exhibition grade wood stock all complete.

tried luxus and they were all out and no longer making them. thanks for the info though.

Try this guy - He has a picture of a No 1 that he did on his website and i have seen them in person, he does great work!
