metricM98 in 8x68S
Finally had my 8x68S regulated and sighted in. This is my "large plains game"-rifle, built on a military action from the Oberndorf factory in 1939. 26" barrel from Lothar Walther which really groups nice with my preferred 220gr Woodleigh PP's at 2850 fps.

metricHello Foster!
Thanks

Not quite a beauty, but pretty good handling and the right "feel" to her..
Not sure about the name of the trigger, it's a German copy of the Timney-trigger. It has better options for adjustment, according to my gunsmith. Think it's all-steel construction.

AkshooterWhen I'm not hunting with one of my drillings or double rifles I sure do love my custom Mauser's.
Yours is very nice you should be proud of that one.
A nice rifle when your hunting just makes the whole expireance feel much better.
