404 Jeff on Remington 700?
Has anyone here built a 404 or FL variant on a LA Remington 700? Adam

Nope but it shouldn't be much of an issue.

As usual just my $.02

That's what I thought, especially since the 338L was brought out in the 700. Adam

I did it several years ago. Used a .300 RUM. Mine shoots great and I really enjoy it. I did a report on it some time ago so you can search for that and find out what went right and what didn't.

I would think so.....mine is built on a MRC action built for the .375 H&H round and it functions quite nicely.
