Ruger does, Cape outfitters, Jeffs outfitters, many gunsmiths make their own. One of the best is Jim Wisners 375 screw gizzie with shallowV and adjustable, Satterlee makes some nice stuff. There are quite a number of options out there, you have to search them out for the most part. I prefer quarter ribs and most metal smiths can make them.

Check out Brownells Catalog.

With NECG Masterpiece sights, there's no need for any others! :-)

A good gunsmith could make them up quite easily, though a flip up low light sight might be difficult. You could also buy them from Westley-Richards but both these options are going to be way more expensive than the Recnagel option.
Note; many Rifle company's use Recknagel products on their rifles.

These sights are on my 7x57 and were built by Clayton Nelson as was the entire rifle. The rear pedestal has one flip up leaf and the front has a flip up blade with ivory insert.

Beautifully executed and wonderfully designed solution to backup iron sights. With such an outstanding setup as this I, for one, would like to see his treatment of the entire rifle.

Heres the rest of it. It's on a 1909 has a timney trigger and Mdl 70 safety. Custom bases take Talley rings. Stock is a dark piece of board sawed. Neidner buttplate and checkering is mullered.

Very nice. That is the type of quality that is understated but as you look at the rifle more becomes evident. tu2

Thank you all for your compliments. That is the first of the only 2 rifles I have ever had built. Clayton was a classmate of mine at Trinidad and I always liked his work. It is a superb shooter also . It was built to shoot 175gr Nosler Partitions and it does that in spades for 3 rounds and then the very slim barrel starts to heat and it climbs some. It immediately went to Africa as that's waht it was built for and acquited itself very well taking several Kudu and other plains game. I have very narrow views as to what a rifle should be and this fulfills them all. Again thanks for the compliments, they really belong to Clayton.

I have recently bought a few front hooded banded sights from Jim Wisner in the CF's on this forum. One is already on my Win Safari with his Winchester SG rear sight. Nice set up.
