Colin MastersI visited the greatest gun shop in my life, Hallowell and Co.
In Livingston, Montana.
What an incredible room, from double rifles to custom rifles from every great American gunmaker, from Jerry Fischer to Duane wiebe.
Absolute incredible setting and the way the room is laid out.

What did you buy?
I’ve sold and purchased through Hallowell’s . He knows a lot about his market.

He is full retail, and I’m not there yet.
I watched him win a bid on a .500 Hollis at $23,000 and he has $26,000 on it. Super reasonable mark up.
His property and set up is inceredible.

Tpr.1919A great shop. I bought my first double rifle from Hollowell 32 years ago. I might be mistaken but as well as I can remember they were in New Hampshire then? Oh how quickly time passes.

He was the president of Aston Martin USA before that.
He is also a neat blacksmith too.

HuviusInterestingly, just as many of us, Morris is not a 100% gun guy.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that he is also an aficionado of fine iron work and blacksmithing!
