Peter ConnanThat is a beautiful .22
Not many spend time (or money) on .22's.
Is it a BRNO action?

An old BRNO action. I guess the idea was that the stock fit and weight match my large bores and could practice cheaply. However, the lack recoil and the boom, takes getting use to

surefire7Beautiful rifles, in .22LR caliber especially.
And what a superb idea for training with your big bores.
My safari partner and I train with Ruger 77/22s about half of the time at the range. Great cheap practice for the many shooting positions from which we train.
Eventually of course, one must train with their DG rifles for recoil and rifle 'feel'.
But especially in these times of ammo shortages and cost, a well fitting .22LR is a savior for marksmanship practice.
Well done sir!
