I hate to inform folks here, but Gary L. Stiles, an ACGM member died yesterday of an apparantheart attack. He was a good man and a good friend.

I'm stunned. I liked Gary... Rest in Peace my friend.

I corresponded with his wife a couple days ago. Gary had a mild stroke just before I left for Alaska, and we talked about getting old. He was going to ship me a stock back that was refinished. I didn't get it, and then his wife used his email to try to ascertain what a check was for that I had sent. What a shame...great guy, and competent, timely, and reasonable gunsmith.
