shootawayJust when you thought you had seen it all.....
What I like most about the reptile rifle is the stock. It has a really nice shape.I feel that whoever made it is good at shaping stocks. That does not mean that it can handle recoil well for the cartridge intended and the shooter will not get hit in the face by it, or that it won't split... but it just looks nice.

Flashy or sedate, quality workmanship is never boring. Very subtle differences can make all the difference in the world.

BriceI like Johan Franjoz's work. His guns are clearly meant to be the ultimate epression of the gunmaker's art, and they do that without question. It's like Expressionist vs. Representative. His works have little to do with those of us who buy working guns. It;s like the Formula 1 cars compared to what we drive. They lead the way. Incidentally, he builds most of his actions from scratch.

Johann Fanzoj's work is pretty good, too.
