Can anyone provide any info about Fred Speiser Custom rifle builder of Missoula,MT? I have just acquired one of his guns on a pre-64 Model 70. It appears to be very well done. Is he still building rifles?

I spent an afternoon in Fred's shop back in 1977 or thereabouts. He had just finished an iron-sighted M70 300 H&H for a local. I gotta question if he is still alive. Gifted stockmaker.
