Looking for a PH name

I'm old and my memory is bad. I purchased a 458 Lott barreled action built by Dennis Olson on a VZ24. It was commissioned by a member here for a PH from Mozambique I believe. A client shot the PH accidentally, so I sent the purchase funds to him.Could somebody refresh my memory on the PH's name?
