35 caliber barrel
I looked at some of the top quality barrel makers and none of them showed any 35 caliber barrels.

Who makes a top quality barrel in 35 caliber?

Might consider a McGowen Precision barrel. Good results with the one on my custom build Remington 798 .350 Remington Magnum.

Without any load fine tuning groups as shown at 100 meters off the bench.

McGowen, Douglas, Pac-nor, Lilja - Take your pick.

Just put together a 35 Whelen with a Green Mountain barrel bought at Midway this summer. Shoots cast bullets a treat! Under a hundred $ IIRC

Several years ago I had Tip Burns re-barrel a Rem 30-S Express in .35 Newton using a Pac-Nor barrel.

I threaded/chambered/crowned a $155 Wilson SS No. 4 contour in .224 cal that does about a half MOA in a bolt-gun. They have the same contour in .358" too. Seems good enough to me despite not commanding a 'premium' price.

Douglas. The oldest in the US, and the best.
Make several twists for 35 caliber; look at their web site.

I should have thought of Pacnor and Lilja but hadn't.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Lothar Walther does and a contoured barrel from them is pretty cheap.

I purchased mine from Pac-Nor and was not disappointed. They also offered different twist rates than were available from L-W. Pac-Nor matched the factory contour so I didn't have to do any stock work.
