Just wanted to say that our kitty almost killed itself this weekend. Like most cats, it loves to climb inside bags. Grocery bags, suitcases, laundry baskets, X-mas bags - you name it.

Well, she had a thing for this one large X-mas goodie bag. We left it out so she could do some spying and sleeping (see “hiding in dark places and watching you” below).

Well, this bag had two handles like many do. As she exited, she put her head thru the thin rope handle like a noose. She panicked and ran around like crazy, tightening the rope handle around her neck. She would have probably strangled herself if someone didn’t notice what happened.

My giving her high-potency catnip probably didn't help.

Just so folks don't make this mistake.
