The muzzleloading BAR is very much a legal hunting weapon in ALL 50 states, at least to the very best of my knowledge.
Besides all that canister would potentially (read almost certainly) waste too much meat.

How very sporting! Actually it makes me sick! Why not just "hunt" deer with Claymore mines and trip wire! Makes smaller individual holes though.
The muzzle loader is both legal and sporting.
You know I won't read that disgusting thread you linked to, but it just dawned on me that is a tiny little deer and he had to be shot at relatively close range IN THE OPEN. This shooting took place in a pen didn't it! Even more pathetic and sick.
