Does anyone recognise this stamp? This is under to wood on a Oberndorf Turkish contract 1903 action. Is this one of the original German markings or added later on?

Looks like an inspectors mark. Many varieties of them.

I have never seen this particular one except for on these 1903 Turk contracts. Wasn't sure if this was an original German or later added mark.
