At the moment I dont reload the Schmitd&Rubin ammo because the ammo available in Switzerland is so cheap. Here some results of my K31 Carbine hunt:
Carbine K31 Hunt
The first target shows 5 shots at 109 yards prone with a scope. The first was a flyer but the 4 shots are within .5 inches

This link shows some results at a postal shooting:

Im a proud user of the K31

Good shooting and good hunting

I was using 150 Siera MKs in Graff brass with 37 grains of IMR 3031 with OAL 2.92 " Fed. match primers. The K31 is set up with WF rear match sight and front Lyman 77R globe. The distance was 100 yards using front rest and rear bag. Bests Elmer.

OK y'all have my interest. I'm looking for next years project rifle. Don't know much of swiss K-31s. I do reload but need some info:

What is actual bore ID?

and how about most stable range of bullet wts?

also How about velocity and energy possible?

Thanks in advance

Nice rifle collani. What type of sporter stock is that? I have five in military configuration and I wish to convert one to a sporting rifle for deer, etc. Anybody else got a line on stocks?
