www.oldrhinebeck.org is a wonderfull place to visit .They have a fine collection of WWII and 1920s aircraft and they fly most of them .

There is also a working French tank like the one above. The aerodrome is north of NYC by the Hudson River.

Very posssible, since they were built in the US, as well.

They put on a great show, bomb runs, dog fights and save the woman from the bad guy. The run the tank up and down the field. Been there 10 yrs ago hope they kept everything running.

MarkRhinebeck has seen better days than the present time.
Hopefully things will change back for the better at some point in the future, time will tell I guess.
Here are some discussions about it:

My first week as a cabinetmaker after moving to the Rhinebeck area,I spent a week cutting Sitka spruce parts for a restoration....

tin canRhinebeck is a fabulous way to spend an afternoon or weekend- I went there the first time in the late 70's, I got there too late on a Saturday to see the show, but I asked a man there if I could look around and take some photos. He said sure go ahead, just don't get in or on any of the planes. I had the whole place to myself til the sun went down- and I LOVE old aircraft.
Cole Palen was still around then, as was Dave Fox. Maybe that has something to do with the quality issue these days.
