Swedish milsurp 6.5x55
Is this ammo typically Berdan primed?

When I bought my 96 swed the guy had some mil surp ammo which he SWORE was boxer primed...he was wrong!!! Thinking I was saving time and money I bought 100 rounds and promtly shot it up, then learned it was Berdan primed. He is a great friend so I wasnt too mad but dissapointed.

I've never seen Boxer primed mil surp swedish ammo...but it could be out there.

The Swedish military did not use corrosive primers after WW II. And, all 6.5x55 military ammo was Berdan primed.

All M41 ammo is non corrosive.
