Can you explain "80% vs. this is new"? also the year of manufacture and the maker?

email some pics of it. I have done 80% AR's but would try an FN. Who is best to get the rest of the parts from?

80% means it is not finished, needs machine work to make 100% as in done. You can use it in a build with no serial no., no NICS, no nothing.
