enfieldsparesBritish Army had the same sort of thing called "Army Training Memorandum".
One I have Number 50 of 1944, for example, talks of fast firing the No4 rifle by manipulating the bolt with thumb and forefinger and using the secpnd finger to actually pull the trigger.
