Cal SibleyNice collection of calibers. You've got the major ones covered. I got a 6.5x55 a few years back and found they're like peanuts, can't settle for one. I now have four of them, all M96's, and all are quite accurate. Best wishes.

45nutBakes,
Even if you can't get the pics to load your heart is in the right place. I will always respect the mil-surp rifles, just something about those rifles that have "been there, done that" appeals to me. I am partial to Enfields myself, both the the SMLE's and the P-14 and Model 1917. And the mausers ? Well I like them too ! 45nut

Pecos41Some of the happiest times in my life have been spent playing around with old Mil Surp rifles. I wish I had a trainload of them.

Bad Ass WallaceCouple of years ago, I had a M96 marked Oberndorf A/N 1899 all matching No's follow me home. Also have a M96, 1915 unfired and unissued in the grease.
It made a nice addition to my 1918 / M98 Gewer also Oberndorf, and a mint 1941 K98 Oberndorf.
I shoot all these with cast bullets just to get the feel of times past.
