Does anyone have or used them?

tiggertateNo first hand knowledge but reviews are positve so far. I'm going to try a 60 round mag for my 458 SOCOM. If the capacity is linear to the 30 round mags, I should get 21 down.

Idaho Sharpshooterthey are neat, but the military review is not 100% positive. They are looking more to issue the Beta-C 100 rounders to replace the SAW system.
I have one, and you can load 100 rounds without having to wind them up. They can stay stored fully loaded without tension on the spring. I really like mine.
Even better, the model for my DPMS is expected out second quarter.

I used a 100 round Beta on my work entry gun for a while. I was always concerned how it would work with a little sand/dirt in it.
I will say I never had any stoppages when shooting it.
I still think the best "drim" magazine is the 75 rpund drums for the AK 47.
You can open up the back to load and clean and you do not have to store them wound up.
Wish I could get one like that for an H&K 91...

Idaho SharpshooterAgreed, and now they are setting them up to work in an SKS. Out here in Idaho, the SKS is the truck gun for the 21st century.
At the SHOT Show they showed a 100 rounder, and IIRC the catalog showed one for the H&K-91. Check their website.
