Questions About Selling a Milsurp Rifle on Gunbroker

I am wanting to sell my Persian Mauser on Gunbroker.

I have a few questions regarding shipping to an FFL holder. Can I, as an unlicensed individual, ship directly to an FFL holder for transfer to the auction winner?

I would also like to know about how to list shipping costs. Can I just list as the buyer is responsible for shipping like selling a car on e-bay?

The rifle is a Persian Mauser 98/29.

I bought an unissued/unfired barreled action & put it into a take-off stock that may also be unissued judging by appearance.

All the #s on the barreled action match, but the #s on the stock do not match the action.

I'm going to start the bids @ $500 W/no reserve.

I will take some more PIX for the auction, but here are 2 that I already have.

Yes, an unlicensed individual can ship a rifle directly to a FFL holder.
