.30 cal Surplus Ammo

Bought a can of military surplus .30-06 ammo at my local gunshow yesterday and was surprised to find as much of it as I did. Even found a 400-round can for only $175.00 but I had already bought this can......oh well, next time! My old rifles don't really care for commercial hunting ammo, but this stuff works like a charm! I love the old sealed packaging system! Full range report to follow!

It is excellent ammunition. The greek factory was set up by winchester and they produced good stuff. If you have a Garand, it will be perfect for it.

Edit: I just saw the CMP is sold out of 400 round cans. Sounds like you got a good deal on some good ammo.
