The banner looks like exactly like on the genuine post WW2 Mauser HsC pistol I had.
Norway did not make pistol for Germany, they were seized by Germany.
the indication of caliber matches the norwegian practice and "prüfung pistol" means "proof pistol" litteraly translated but is closer to "test pistol"
probably something manufactured in Germany for Norway after WW2, just an hypothesis.

PS: Argentina as well uses 11.25 mm denomination if I remember correctly the Ballester Molina 1911 I used many years ago..

Oh yes we did; the Norwegian m/14 was in production and delivered to the Germans during the war (totally +/-10000 pcs)

The one pictured in first post is not a Norwegian-style/type gun.

What I mean is that there was no order from Germany, that was production under german control during occupation like in the whole of Europe.

I was answering to someone sayoiing Norway may have made pistols for Bundeswehr..

???not even mentioned in this thread (and never seen any such claim anywhere).

All Norwegian m/14 were made in Norway (however the last 100 ones actually were built from modified US-made parts and sold as "commemoratives" some years ago (1990? not sure, find those 100 guns totally uninteresting, just as fake as a $7-bill...).
