You don't have to be crazy....but it helps!
Just thought I'd share a few photos from a little foray into Alberta's backcountry that I just returned from. It was late-season sheep hunting at its best......or perhaps worst. We had -20 temperatures, a blizzard that dropped over a foot of snow, dehydration, lack of food and good times with a good buddy. No rams died but did see a few that just weren't big enough. Dropped 9 pounds in four days. Had one heck of a scary trip out in some country that is best only accessed in the summer. One more kick at the cat tomorrow and the 2013 sheep season is a wrap.

Blue sky, no wind and just 20c? Looks like perfect winter days to be hunting - very jealous!

Wow, now that's roughing it. But looks like fun.
Does that make sense?

Way cool, no pun intended. Looks like great country. Stay safe.

That's one of those trips where you have to repeat to yourself that you are having fun and there is nothing else that you would rather be doing at this time. Been there, done that.
