With all the moss growing on those non spruce, non balsam looking trees, I am going out on a limb and gonna say thats not Tumbler Ridge. That is a coastal bear for sure

That picture has been posted on the internet for at least 2 years and the location is different every time.

There are areas of the country all over up here north of PG that can look like that, depending on the amount of moisture present on a consistent basis. It could conceiveably by Tumbler Ridge, based solely on location. Some friends and I camped in an area close to Trimble Lake (Muskwa-Ketchika area) that looked very close to that.
