Greetings all Canadians who post here! I have posted this elsewhere also, but thought I may as well include this site. I am looking for a donor rifle for a new project. It needs to be a long action rifle with a standard 30-06 boltface. My first choice would be a Remington 700 ADL/BDL. The stock does not matter since I will replace it anyway. The second choice is a pushfeed M70 Winchester, same criteria applies. I do not care what shape the barrel is in, only that the action be serviceable. How about a M70 Classic .30-06 blued, brand new? Bbl. has a boss, but it doesn't sound like that matters?
