Flying out in just over a month. Finalizing my packing list. What's available in the Deer Lake or Halifax airports for cigars/whiskey(bourbon)? Any decent liquor stores in Deer Lake near the motel?

The truck stop directly across the highway from the Deer Lake Motel has a decent selection of liquors and some fairly high end Scotches etc. Bourbon selection is limited of course but there is plenty of Crown Royal and other Canadian products. Cigars I couldn't tell you as they are not on my radar in any store.

Deer lake airport will have zip as it is a very small terminal. Halifax airport should have some cigars and whiskey. Returned from Deer Lake through Halifax but I wasn't interested in duty free at that time.
