Where can I get a copy?

The Canadian Firearms Journal is the magazine of the National Firearms Association. If you are a member, they send you a copy in the mail, but otherwise, I don't think they are available. I have never seen one on the news stand.

I am finished with my copy and would be glad to give it to you. If you are interested, PM me with you address and I will mail it to you.
