USRAC really done?
Been reading on the forums that the New Haven manufacturing plant will be closing in April which I believe is where the Model 70 and 94s are made among others.
I went to the website and I see their still introducing new models in the 70 and 94 lines, it seems strange they'd be doing this if their intention is cease manufacturing of these models.

I'm planning on getting a M70 338 WM later this year but was hoping to try one out first. Not sure if I'll be comfortable with 33fpe of recoil.

Are Canadian retailers likely to be sold out soon because of everyone snapping them up on speculation that their will no longer be anymore North American made Winchesters?

Should I buy one tommorow or Monday while I still can?

Thanks,

GordM

I sincerly doubt that Winchester will just go away. They will continue to be produced, but possibly elsewhere in the world.
You are right though that Winchesters are flying off the shelves these days as speculation is rampant, and the company is saying nothing. Why would they when they can enjoy the sales boom.

The only problem with being Canadian, is the presence of Liberals
