Just about ready
Well buddy and I are heading up to Whitecourt area tomorrow am for another poke at bullwinkle. We also have 5 deer tags between us and there is another dude coming with 3 more tags. I thibnk I'm going to be sick of gutting deer....I already am.

Anyway wouldn't you know, the scope I ordered off e-bay showed up yesterday. I was hoping it wouldn't come until after the hunt, it really tempts me to put it on as I don't trust the bsa POS I have now. On the other hand I'm damned worried about not getting the new one sighted in properly.

good luck to everyone

Hope you have plenty of freezer space!

I'm in doubt about what to do... I have plenty of meat (we don't eat through a moose in one year, plus the other incidentals). I'm tempted to go do some photography. Anybody want to volunteer a good spot or two (in the park for example) to see sheep or elk?

We're doing a quick stop at Cadomine to take pics of the ram I'll get next year.....when I get the draw Roll Eyes

Frans you should pick up ole Grizzly Adams and go to the ya ha. Then you could tell me where the elk are going to be next year........when I get the draw Big Grin

cheers

Big plans there, Chef! Are you one of those 1800 or so folks ahead of me in the priority list for Cadomin?

I'll give you your tags, since next year I'll be drawn for goat, and I won't have much time and inclination for anything else when that happens.

Frans (I felt the same way about desert sheep this year, and guess why I'm not stateside chasing rams... Frowner )
