Meat Cutting Courses in Calgary
Does anyone know where I can find a course on basic meat cutting in the Calgary area? I would like to process my own wild game, but would like to get the basics down pat before I start.

Wooly, I've done a seminar at IHEA to show how to do it yourself. If you want I can let you know when the next one will be-or you can bring a (legally shot) animal over and I'll help you out.

Thanks, calgarychef1. I was hoping you would respond. I would prefer to learn the skills myself, and your AHEIA seminar sounds perfect. When do you expect to hold the next one? Please feel free to PM me if the info is too detailed and tedious for the Board.

Bill has some good videos and does tours giving seminars. Perhaps he would be inclined to go to Calgary if there was enough interest.
