Have heard talk of non-resident deer hunters in Ontario being required to hunt with licensed resident guide. Has this started yet? Specific area would be northern Lake of the Woods area, around Kenora or Nestor Falls/Sioux Narrow areas.

Non-residents must be accompanied by one licensed guide for each two hunters when hunting deer in the Territorial District of Rainy River. WMUs within the Territorial District of Rainy River are 9B, 10, 11A and part of 7B and 12B.
