this list.Never bought Wilson dies, etc so, I'm not sure where to start.
http://www.ellwoodepps.com/ seems to supply higher end products.
I'm just a reloader-for-cheap-practice-ammo type, but you might find the stuff you were referring to (or just about anything else gun-related) at Ellwood Epps in Orillia. It's about an hour's drive north of Toronto, a good old-fashioned gunshop with a huge and varied inventory. Excellent people to deal with, well worth the drive.
In Port Perry (just northeast of Toronto) Williams' Arms is equally trustworthy and helpful, but a smaller shop without a huge vaiety of goods in stock.
Google them; also try Target Sports in Gormley, Shooters' Choice in Cambridge. Not really anything that I can think of right in Toronto per se.
