They say a picture's worth a thousand words, well it's the rude time of the year 59 degrees north in winter and I'm flush out of words. Hopefully these are worth a few, met a few memebers of this forum now and everyone has been fantastic company. Have enjoyed hunters from as far as Italy and as close as Washington, going into my third year and each one is better, it's the people that make it so enjoyable. This isn't comprehensive but the highlights, I'll likely get some more on here. These encompass 14 months, Sept 15-Nov 16.

Start post two with assistant guide Greg laying claim to grizzly territory and my best pirate impression,

The greatest shot I've ever made...? Certainly Wild Coast's rarest trophy. Member Dogleg appearing to smile. Then Where's Waldo with mountain goats, then Hoyt in rainforest timber, and more fun follows.

Couple more, Nick my hired pilot of choice, 20 year mountain float guy. If he says that lake cannot be done that's the end of it, and a homemade chess set from a Grizzly hunt I guided Sept. We realised we were both without a deck of cards... solutions present themselves to those who drink a beer and smoke a pipe.

Very nice! How is your moose population?

Very good, increasing frankly due to no roads and remoteness.

Great photos summing up the results of your seasons Angus. Seen some before but enjoy seeing them again. Imposing country.

This is real wilderness. No villages, no roads, no people. God's country.

Everyone owes it to themselves to hunt this beautiful and rugged country at least once. Not many places like this left in the world.

Angus has an incredible, game rich area with lots of hunting potential. It was a true pleasure to hunt there and looking forward to being back again this Fall to try once more for a nice long haired goat.

Appreciate the kind words! It's a special place, with some serious weather and terrain challenges but that keeps it undeveloped and wild. Looking forward to it myself, I head to the Pacific Northwest show early-mid Feb, let's make date plans on my return with the calendar.

Well be careful what you say........ could get a visitor. I might like to tie that in with a moose hunt. Knees are no longer in "goat shape". I will have to contact you about your moose hunt options for the not too distant future.

Another pic I like, a client with his Bigfoot in May.

Very nice photography to show off a great looking area. Heck just looking at the rivers I'd go just to fish.

Out of curiosity what is that red floatplane?

The fishing will likely be most of my (or my sons' rather) business twenty years from now if I'm still in it, meet all manner of nationalities on the rivers in unbelievably remote places.

The plane is my Wilga 2000, it's a Lycoming 540 300hp STOL / utility plane. Heck of a tool for hopping alpine lakes mountain goat hunting.

Beautiful country. I'd go if I was younger.

Thanks Charlie, lot of fun, work, and stress making those experiences- but will be something to hang my hat on at the end of the life adventure.
